I am a PreKure certified Mental Health Coach and Master Health Coach. After twenty years as an Optometrist I am now following my true passion; helping people of all ages and stages navigate mental health challenges and live their best lives. Through my personal experience of managing a career, sustaining a long marriage and raising four children while living in different countries around the world, I am familiar with the stresses we can all experience at different times in our life.

I believe mental health is on a continuum, and through my coaching, I assist clients to learn healthy strategies and shift away from behaviours that are not supporting good mental health. My approach focuses on understanding where you are right now and fostering a collaborative relationship to help you take control of your wellbeing and mental fitness. Using a unique blend of coaching, behaviour modification and science-based lifestyle education I will support you in your journey towards a healthier, happier, more resilient you.
